  For some reason this location seems to have tougher bread...stale? Staff isnt the friendliest and music is often very loud but its a quick in and out location so if you want a sandwich fast this is the place to go.

  I was in line for rsd on 4/18 and around 9:30-10:30 I looked through the window thinking about getting a sub after i went shopping, I was observing the older man slicing salami I then watched in horror as he sliced a piece put it in his mouth wearing his gloves without changing them or washing his hands. his fingers pretty much went entirely in his mouth as well. my friends and I witnessed him do this 4-5 times before he saw us watching him. he then proceeded to still eat while prepping ready to eat food without changing his glove he just turned his back to us now. as a certified jimmy johns gm this is disgusting . and considered biological contamination. I will be reaching out to mike brown regarding this issue. the management should be ashamed. the health department should also be contacted. all the vito that that salami was for should be thrown away.

  Delivery with them is so unreliable. I have waited over an hour in the past. They also don't deliver it to the correct business, so most of my lunch breaks are spent waiting to see if I get my food. If this was a rare occasion, I wouldn't mention it... but it is consistent.

  Every time I order here my drink has dark spots of what i can only assume as mold floating around in it. 🤢🤢🤮🤮
