  We had a fantastic experience at Daily Queen in New Hope, Minnesota. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff provided friendly, attentive customer care that made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The place was packed with people sitting outside, enjoying their treats, which created a lively and cheerful atmosphere. It’s definitely a popular spot in the community, and you can see why—everyone seemed to be having a great time. Their menu offers a great variety of delicious options, and everything we tried was fresh and satisfying. Daily Queen is the perfect place to stop by for a sweet treat or a quick bite. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service and a fun, inviting environment. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

  Very disappointed in the dairy queen located on 36th street. I was there with my grandkids last week. I noticed on the receipt and off to evaluate this location and in exchange I would receive a free dilly bar. I took my grandkids back a few days later and was refused the free dilly bar "because their system was down". There's a time limit on using the code to get the free dilly bar. Since I was ordering additional items, I would have thought they would have simply accepted the code and kept this customer happy since I was making an additional purchase. Especially since the issue was on there end. Needless to say I canceled the entire order and went to a different dairy queen in downtown Robbinsdale. I will never return to the location on 36th street. In fact going forward I will probably go to Culvers for frozen custard. Probably more healthy and certainly better customer service.

  Tried to order online so I wouldn’t have to talk as much (just had oral surgery) but their online ordering doesn’t work. Decided just to go through the drive thru. I pulled up they said it’s walk up window only, you have to go park. When they took my order I had to repeat it a few times because the kid behind the window couldn’t hear me - not her fault but overall unpleasant experience. Milkshake was still good.

  Customer service was horrible! Paid for a large cup of vanilla ice cream and they only fill it up 1/3 of the way and claim that's all they can do which makes no sense. Paying $6 for a large ice cream that has as much air in it as a bag of potato chips is criminal. The owner is cool, but the employee he has there right now are not. Unfortunate. I even asked one of them employees that was ringing us up how their day was and got no response, just for my sister to reiterate the same thing and still get no response.
