  From my understanding having Krispy Kreme donuts from other states I thought everything was made fresh and given a little warm to customers. Maybe Indiana and Chicago spoiled me because MN has the worst location, these donuts I got today are so cold like they came right out of a box from the freezer and place in the box and handed to us, when we asked for freely made ones, we were told we couldn’t get none because someone back there burned some donuts (basically the excuse was bs). Please do better and train your staff to work on their customers service. Not only do you get a cold (frozen) donuts, you also get nasty attitudes. A 2 for 1 nasty service.

  They are always out of stock of everything except glaze. I placed an order online for a custom variety dozen. They put mostly glaze in the box with two sprinkles and a note on the box saying they ran out of donuts. We were giving a refund but it still doesnt fix the issue of them never having a variety of donuts.

  I cannot recommend this krispy kreme location to the public. I was looking forward to fresh, hot donuts this morning but was given cold and dry donuts. The donuts were nothing more than what is readily available at Target, which are donuts that are a few days old. It is not worth driving to this Krispy Kreme location to expect fresh donuts. Usually, when the fresh, hot sign is on, it's an indicator fresh and warm donuts are available. That is what is expected and given at most other Krispy Kreme locations nationwide when the sign is on. It was also surprising to see no other cars were in the drive thru this morning. A disappointment to say the least.

  I will NEVER go to this place again!! Im from Texas and me and my husband just found out that there was a Krispy Kreme in Minnesota. We were so excited and went the very next day. When we purchase our donuts we were told that if we wanted our iced coffee lattes we would have to go thru the drive-thru to purchase them. Strange, but okay fine. A young man took the payment and asked me to park around the side of the building and wait for the coffees to be made. After sitting there for 5 to 6 minutes and watching 3-4 other vehicles make it through the drive-thru I backed up my vehicle and asked them if they forgot I was waiting for the coffee. The young man stood there with a blank face and I told him that if they didn't know how to make the coffees it's fine I could just get a refund and go to Caribou for the coffee what was important was our donuts. The young men then tells me that I could come back there and make them myself very sarcasticly. I asked him to repeat himself. And he did. I asked him if he ever heard about secret shoppers and he said yes and he knows I'm not one. I was livid. Unbelievable. I drove back around to the front. Went back in told the manager how offended I was an the manager said he will inform the district manager of what happen. Your kidding right? I said how about I inform the DM myself since there is no manager to address this now and asked for corporate number and he said there is no number. I requested a refund on the coffees gave them back because at this point I don't trust this young man or the manager...non manager. Still haven't received my refund. 35 min drive.. $35.00 ..35 min of my time at the restaurant. I was so upset. I never ate the donuts. 😢keep the robot generated insensitive sorry.

  First thing I noticed when I walked in the door security yes that’s right security at the door security guard to be exact that made me think twice about coming in They do give out samples if someone is at the little window to your left. The donuts are definitely overpriced. They I guess have to make up for that brand new building. The selection wasn’t very great. I mean I only went in there for glaze still the selection not great. The price is high. I did not see my favorite part. I know you’re waiting for this. I did not see anybody cleaning tables or wiping anything down or sweeping the floors they just care about selling new donuts I’ve been here. I’m going to be honest two times probably spent $20 on six donuts a little high I think for six donuts perhaps OK I’m not gonna recommend Dunkin’ Donuts either.
