  They are always "sold out" (find this hard to believe at this point) and the service is beyond unprofessional and rude. I think this location has greatly tarnished the reputation of Krispy Kreme in the state of Minnesota and I don't understand why corporate doesn't step in and fix all these problems before it gets worse.

  Customer service is at it all time worst here. Went in on 5/11/2026 had my rewards for a dozen for $7.99 scan app got to the window to pay in the worker charged my card for $16.49 went inside in was disrespected terribly by a worker who claims to be a manager. When I tried to tell him what had happened in I was overcharged he never let me finished he started saying I needed a receipt when I was never given a receipt I showed him my transaction on the phone in what was took off my card he started saying I was coming at him Hostile, I needed to come back in the morning with the donuts in speak to a general manager which I thought was insane in could have been handle at that moment he said I needed to get out the store because I was looking him crazy when I told him I was confused as to why this couldn’t get figured out at that moment if your a store manager. Called in the morning in of coursed nobody answered the phone. It’s sad when you have a bussiness in it’s goes down hill when you hire the wrong people that don’t have customer service skill or respect for customers who bring there funds to support your business. Won’t be wasting another drive from St. Paul to come here.

  I have been here twice, the donuts were fresh. The customer service is the worst. The people at the counter talk over you, when I asked if they had other selections, they said no, not in the nicest voice. My second and last visit I went to pick up an online order went up to the area of the counter for online pick up. I grabbed my order. The cashier told me that I needed to show my proof of purchase, which was fine. Yet a man behind the counter gave me a dirty look and stayed that he was going to move the shelf with the online orders to the back so people can reach them. Doesn’t really make much sense to have the online orders up there if you don’t want people to take their orders. Very rude unfriendly people. I will not return. Hopefully, they open another location.

  I had a disappointing experience with this place. The first time I came I asked if they had the New York cheesecake and they were out of it so I returned the next day they finally had the New York cheesecake but the filling was not in the donuts. The person that was taking my order sounded like he was irritated even the person that gave me my order. I get customer service can be not the best but show that disrespect and irritation towards customers that are actually being rude. I will not be returning here until someone handles these unprofessional employees or until they get replaced with better employees.

  We made a quick stop before heading to a baby shower bc the hot n ready sign was on. One of the workers behind the glass was extremely nice and gave us each a donut to try which made my girls day! It was their first time seeing the conveyor belt of donuts and the lady was so sweet too. Definitely worth the stop!
