The manners were appreciated and the one taking our order didn’t rush us especially with two small kids picking out donuts. We’ll definitely be back but seriously, give that kid a raise. God bless

I don't know if management does this on purpose for cost saving, or if they just don't want to pay enough to attract new employees. It's obviously a detriment to the customer experience when you have just two employees trying to handle the cash register, take drive thru orders, handle mobile orders, make food, and prepare drinks. The employees and customers deserve better.

Unfortunately, this location is the closest for me so I continue to go. Today I waited 17 minutes, 3 cars in front of me, all getting just a coffee. I get the same order every time, multiple times a week and it is consistently wrong. I pay for toppings on my food and it’s almost always missing, so much so - I’ve bought my own for at home to add. Today my drink was incorrect and they tried to convince me it would take too long to make a new one when I asked for it to be fixed. I have tried to go at different times of the day to see if it is a staffing issue, but even then - it does not change. Most days I watch my order sit in the window while the cashier idles around, then asks me if I’ve payed already as if she is not the one who has been in the window the entire time. Long wait, wrong orders, and poor customer service. I have never written a review but felt this one was necessary. On days that I have time, I will drive 20 minutes across town to a different location. Really hoping for improvement as my family loves Dunkin and this one is most convenient.
