  I stood at the counter for several minutes before I was even noticed. The employees behind the counter were too busy talking. My bill came to $3.02. I gave her 3.05. She told me she doesn't have pennies to give me change. I said that the rule of thumb for most businesses is to round down for the customer. They were out of packets of the hot sauce. I ordered a beefy, potato burrito. I doubt there was even a tbls of the meat and potatoes together. It was awful. I won't be going back to the forest lake Taco Bell.

  Usually not the type to write reviews but very upsetting experience at this location. We ordered through the drive way and were sent to the front of the store to wait 20 minutes for our food to then realize we were missing items. i called and SARA the manager told me to go back and let me know i spoke to her to get the food i was missing. my mom went and she was given nothing but attitude. we had to drive back to forest lake (15 min drive) just to deal with unprofessionalism and attitudes.

  The store was so cold we decided to take to go and eat in our car! Beans so thick it could've been compared to glue.

  While waiting for our food I noticed the area where the food was being assembled, it was disgusting to see the food all over the counter, food & plastic bags on the floor! If the food inspector came in it would be shut down immediately, couldn't even eat my food & the thought of going back repulsed me!

  We were going through the drive through and we had an online order and two in the drive through and they made us drive around for the online order and there was a long line. Going to McDonalds next time. Even talked to the manager to get our online order that we could see and still wouldn't give it.
