  I like chipotle but this locations portions are getting crazy. You ask for extra rice and they hardly give you what your normally suppose to get and they are shaking and spoon tapping so you get way less! You shouldnt be paying so much to get half a bowl sorry but for real. Im not suprised tho both this location and the North branch one are ran by the same manager so itll go into the ground unfortunately. Just drive futher and skip those locations.

  The girl at the counter seemed VERY distracted with her surroundings, and very short with words. In the middle of taking my order, she stopped and stared at another employee for a good minute, and didn’t say anything to me.

  Quick service. Terrible Quantity. I have been going to chipotle over four times a week for two years and this location consistently skimps out on everything and is very inconsistent. When I pay for double of meat and I get less than the person in front of me it gets really old. There are some good employees but the bad heavily outweigh the good. I also track my calories and when the portions are that blatantly off its pointless.

  I drive from North Branch to Forest Lake for this Chipotle since the NB has bad service and small portions in comparison typically. Today I stopped in FL to get an early dinner for 3 of us. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken bowl x 3. The girl serving gave me 3, maybe 4 chunks of chicken. Literally was lost in all of the rice. I asked for more chicken, and she asked me if I wanted double chicken. I guess if that what it takes. Seriously, maybe 3 or 4 more pieces. I could have gotten more chicken if I used one of their plastic spoons. Same thing on the other 2 bowls I received. I don't know, maybe they have gotten to know me and have decided the portions they have given in the past should make up for this rotten amount today. Will I return, yes because Chipotle is so darn good. Am I upset at the portion size, Absolutely. Even the guy who took my money commented on how small the portioning was. Wish I would have taken a picture!

  I have been at this location multiple times and have always been impressed with service and cleanliness of the location. Today was a disappointment in the cleanliness area. The counters where food was being prepped and dished up were very dirty and bits of food all over them. Doors and door handles were filthy. Most of the tables were clean though. I think it is very important to keep your prep area and food line where you are dishing up food for customers very clean! Some of the food like the avocado and lettuce looked less than fresh or appetizing also. Will need to think about going to a different location.. so sad ...
