  I go to chipotle quite often but lately I have been feeling unsatisfied the last two times something has been messed up the first time was I did not receive a cup of guacamole in my order like I had requested specifically in the app the workers never said anything My food was also really bland which was disappointing they were out of white rice and a few other things the last time they gave me the wrong chips knowing they were out of the chips I asked for I understand if your out but please communicate it instead of having us find out when we get home this is one of many experiences I’ve had I used to think maybe it was a one time experience but it has now been several times also the counters where the food is prepared are super dirty Do better and make this right so other customers Don’t deal with this in the future

  Let me tell ya, boy am I furious. I’ve been on toilet for three days with the squirts. Lettuce was brown like the color of my.. yeah. The portions are garbage. The inside is absolutely filthy. I’d rather eat out of my garbage can at home. Can we petition for a pancheros.

  My husband just got a burrito bowl at 9pm tonight at the forest lake chipotle. Him and one other customer standing behind him waited FIVE MINUTES before even acknowledged by the THREE staff working there at the time. They only went to help him after 5 min because he did something finally. I watched the whole time they the window waiting on the car. One girl furiously making burritos for a drive thru order that never ended, one cleaning the grill, and another girl floating around doing it don't know what. But nobody even said a hello, I'll be with you, nothing. The girl presumably not doing much finally came to make my husband s burrito finally after he spoke up and just worked around the other employee making the drive thru burritos at the front. That's the worst customer service I've ever seen. And that's happened to me before at a different location. It's it the policy chipotle is teaching the employees to ignore in person customers completely when doing anything for online or drive thru? I get it, thru probably had their cleaning tasks to complete for the end of day, but it take a few minutes to jump to the front, help the 2 customers there, and carry on wth cleaning after. So disappointing how the in store customers are treated now.

  I don't know what it is about all Chipotle's here in Minnesota, but every chipotle I go to is extremely poor. I would also like to point out that the forest lake location is the worst. Piss poor service. Super slow, takes forever to go through the line, and the employees are in no rush whatsoever. The store is disgusting. Every table is filthy. Trash cans are full to the brim. Food everywhere on the floor. Employees don't seem to care. If you want a successful business, you need better employees. Id fire every single employee here right now based on how slow and how no one seems to care about their job. Such a poor effort for a multi million dollar company. Do better

  I asked them to drain off the liquids they didn't the bowl were a soupy mess leaked ALL OVER MY BMW!!!!THEN THE CHEAP BAG BROKE AND ALL OVER WENT THREE BOWLES OF FOOD AMD KNOCKED MY DRINK OVER! ALSO WAS OVE3 CHARGED WHEN THE MANAGER GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE FIRST MISTAKE MR OVERCHARGED DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE FULL REFUND ONLY THE DEALERSHIP MONEY NOT MINE!!! THEN DIRECTLY SENT ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN GOD KNOWS WHAT COUNTRY TO GOBACK THROUGH ANOTHER HEADACHE YHEY ARE NSSTY SND AND DIRTY BEWARE
