  Time after time I give them chances, and continue to disappoint. Delivery times 45 minutes off, pizza not even close to accurate. Don't even waste your time.

  Atmosphere: It was the entryway of a takeout pizza place. Food: Everything was correct and delicious. Service: The cashier was patient and helpful. He also made the food. We had our order in less than 15 minutes. We'll be back. 😎

  Ordered two pizzas on the website in mid June. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas the manager mentioned caramelized onions were currently not in stock and she had issued a $ 5 credit for the inconvenience. A few weeks later I ordered two different pizzas on the website again and when I when I went to pay at the register I was told the credit couldn’t be used as I either needed to apply it on the website or call the order in. Today I tried to use the website and the code for the credit would not work, so I called the store and placed my order. The person taking the order mentioned the code would not work and did transfer me to a manager who then contacted the store and confirmed the $ 5 credit would be applied. When I arrived at the store I was told the $5 credit couldn’t be used as I did not call from the same number I originally used ? I did mention to the employee the manger had just contacted the store maybe 15 - 20 minutes earlier and confirmed the $ 5 was being applied. Needless to say I’m done with the Pizza Hut brand and given the recent sale to Long Range Capital it is only a matter of time until the Pizza Hut brand is a name from the past.
