- VMVirginia McCullough3 days ago2.0Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts, one with hotcakes & one without. Substituted English muffin for biscuits on both. No one to take your order--forced to use kiosk to order, which means there was no way to swap out the jelly flavor--husband requested swap when they brought the takeout order to the counter. NO SALT or PEPPER and NO syrup for hotcakes--this wasn't discovered until we returned to hotel room to eat the meal. By the time we found alternate sources for these items, our meals were cold. English muffins were hard and tasted stale. Poor job by this location.

Got across town it was 2 snack wraps and a small fry!!! 11 bucks for the wrong order. Definitely not the first time. It was 1045 and 3 cars in drive through. Do better.
