  Crazy long wait time they were more focused on online orders than people there to eat which is disappointing

  Extremely slow service. It took the single person working the line about 5 minutes per order with 10+ people in line. No urgency.

  Gavin and Aisha are wonderful and keep me coming back. They have made the best bowls so far. This store lacks urgency and cleanliness. I've sat at the start for 2 minutes without being greeted and at least 5 minutes at the register on separate occasions. When I come in, I expect to see trash on the floor and is refreshing when there isn't. Given the wait times I wouldn't stop for lunch since you won't have time to eat the meal, but if Gavin or Aisha are making it, you'll be in and out in no time. Keep those two around and you have a chance of me coming back.

  This was my first time visiting the new Chipotle location in Shorewood. I stopped by around 11:20 a.m. to pick up three items to bring into work. The new location was clean and bright, and all of the ingredients looked fresh and well stocked. I was helped by Addy (sp?), who was very friendly and helpful while making my burritos and bowl. Since this is a new location, I’m sure they are still training staff and getting everyone up to speed. Service was a little slower than at some other Chipotle locations, but nothing unreasonable. It already seems to be a busy spot, as about seven people came in behind me while I was ordering. The food was well portioned and delicious. I’m excited to finally have a Chipotle in the area, especially one I can easily visit while working from home. I’ll definitely be back!

  If I could give a zero star I would. The chick with the pink hair was very rude she was slamming the spoon down while putting the food in the bowl rice went everywhere. When asked for more veggies because she only gave about three she got mad and slammed the tongs in the container. They had the topping on the counter behind her so she had to bring my burrito to the counter behind her. She just had a crappy attitude. She then tried to put the burrito in the bag with the burrito not even completely wraps the girl at the register had to tell her to put another piece of foil over it to cover it the she just dropped the burrito in the bag. It was very poorly wrapped and it was extremely messy. I will never come to this location again. Cub deli would have been better. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.
