  The food is McDonalds Fast food, good but not great. Get what you pay for. Service is fine, but since you almost don't interact with anyone anymore I can't rate it higher. The atmosphere is boring.

  If you want to be aggressively confronted by employees when they make a mistake, this is the place for you. And don't expect any goodwill compensation for the disrespect. The quality of this location has taken a stiff nosedive. I rarely head to this one because it's constantly one issue or another. I have reported this through the app, if that will even make a difference.

  Believe it or not, I got a cheeseburger tonight that had no burger on it.. The manager (Steve) was so careless when we brought it up and didn’t even apologize. My wife and I have had situations similar to this at this location on multiple occasions and feel stupid for even coming back. Rogers and Big Lake McDonald’s are great, but this location is terrible. I will never come back and you honestly shouldn’t either.

  Great service, the food was first rate and looked just like advertised and the seating area was SPOTLESS. Very busy when I was there but the line moved right along.
