  The Chipotle in Elk River was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. They were out of chicken, fajita veggies, and drinks in the cooler. Plus, we got the last of the guacamole. It was dirty and the table on the outside patio almost fell over. Won’t be back.

  I went into the restaurant to order a large bag of chips. I asked the first person if it was OK to just get some chips and he said yes. Once we had waited in the line and got to the checkout, The guy said they had no chips and made 0 eye contact. I then went in my truck and ordered the chips online and waited 20 minutes. Once the app said my order was ready I went in to find that my order was not on the pick up shelf. The guy once again told us "No chips" and A very kind younger worker seemed to have Some sympathy and told us he'd go on the back and look for chips. about two minutes later, he came out with the chips we had been craving for half an hour. the chips were stale but whatever, i really appreciated that younger worker for acting like a human with some decency. acting like you wouldn't care if it was your last day on earth is a common theme here and it's sad to see.

  Incredibly dirty. No forks. No steak. No cheese. No lime sauce. Good people. I got 7 pieces of barbacoa. Almost no rice. They didn’t open my Jarritos. They were not apologetic. I scanned my chips reward, got charged for them, and then got no chips. Overall, absolutely atrocious experience. Would not recommend.

  ordered online wasn’t ready at pick up waited 30 minutes. Front people looked at me like I was crazy. I ordered chips then they told me that they dont have chips and then they wouldn’t give me a refund. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service!!!! When I walked in everything was disgusting windows were gross floors were gross tables were gross DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!

  We placed an online pickup order from this Chipotle on Monday 8/3 that included a large bag of chips. When we got home, we discovered the chips were stale and had absolutely no salt on them. 4 people tried a chip and we all agreed they were stale and plain. We drove back to exchange them. Since they were out of large chips, I was given two regular-sized bags instead. Before driving away, we tasted them in the car and they were also stale with no salt. They tasted the exact same as the previous bag. At that point, I walked back to the cashier and told him the second set were also bad. I assumed the 50+ bags sitting on the shelf were probably all the same, so I asked if there was anything they could do like just add some salt. The cashier was very kind and said adding salt wasn’t an option-instead he gave me another two regular-sized bags. Those had a bit of salt and were still stale. My question is: why were so many stale, unsalted bags of chips being sold instead of making a fresh batch? It was disappointing to have to make multiple trips just to get chips that really weren’t too edible after going 3 times.
