  Drive thru chick is absolutely lost It’s like she doesn’t even work there but is running the drive thru window And 20% chance I get my sauce in the bag at the second window

  It was clean but drive thru was getting faster service. Food was good when we did get it.

  I had a not so great experience here, but I appreciated the quick response to the concerns I had from whoever responds to reviews. I found the response and call for action to be satisfactory. I also have employees, and although my employees are unbelievably outstanding, I can certainly understand that sometimes a business could hire a crew member that might do things that do not necessarily reflect certain views and standards set for them. So I'd like to give this particular location a 2nd chance.

  They are always slow but usually very friendly. The app coupons almost never work but they usually honor them; however, it takes more time for them to try and then get a manager to correct the issue.
