  Made a mobile order. Turns out it was after they closed and they told me they have no more food… why was i able to submit an order if they were closed? Made the trip to go get my order and got nothing. Pretty frustrating.

  Fries are always cold and cannot do an online order right. Always missing something.

  Placed order with app and app said drive through is open. Arrive and it was all closed off with cones and the dining area closed. Please indicate that the location is closed before taking our money. Took my business to nearby Taco Bell instead.

  Took 15 minutes to get a drink only. App would not work so I couldn't even use my free drink reward

  This is one of the slowest McDonalds you’ll find. If there are 5 customers/orders or more everything slows down to a standstill and it moves like a turtle. You’ll wait extended periods because people in the kitchen are extremely slow. The question is what happens if 20-30 orders hit the kitchen all at once. I’m sure some of the workers in the kitchen are working hard but some workers are moving around slow and you can tell they are not happy. Maybe it’s lack of proper training to dead with more than 5 orders at the same time. The drive thru is even slower. Find a different McDonald’s in my opinion.
