    I placed a catering order today for a meeting. I selected DoorDash from the delivery options. The order arrived early but was missing a wrap. I messaged the driver and he told me it was the stores fault and to contact them for credit. I called the store and the man was curt and rude and he told me to contact DoorDash. When I said that DD told me to call the store he said they could remake the wrap but could not deliver it. I said I would come get it but would like to speak with the manager when I arrive. He hung up on me. When I arrived a few minutes later the manager, Ryan told me he could not remake the wrap and that it was DD error and I would have to contact them. I explained everything to him and showed him my receipt and he claimed that he personally made the wrap and knows it was in my order. I asked him for his managers contact info and he told me to look it up online. I ended up buying the wrap for our meeting. I will never buy from this store again. So frustrated.

    Tried to have catering (55 Box lunches) to Double Tree hotel across the street. Person at the cashier was very unpleasant and did not want take order. Asked me to order online. I left and ordered from Jerzy Mike on the other side the highway with no problem. Shame on manager of the Jimmy Johns Edina, MN branch.

    Bruh ordered delivery and found a hair in my sandwich…. That’s just not ok. Delivery was fast but cmon now….

    Not sure if it's the demeanor of gen Z or just the not used to seeing a black person in this area but whatever it is I don't care and I still expect a hello how are you doing welcome to Jimmy John's when I walk up to your front counter. I definitely do not expect complete silence and you staring at me in the face. I definitely do not expect me to be the one to speak up first and say hello welcome to Jimmy John's (sarcastically). And lastly this was not a mistake because I definitely did not expect the lady before me (you can guess her race) to be greeted with a hello how are you doing and not 45 seconds later I'm not giving the same courtesy. I didn't order anything from the store partly because there is no grill (I'm used to getting grilled sandwiches at my local Jersey Mikes in Houston Texas where they always greet you) but I can 100% say that this one star was only due to the courtesy and the vibe when I first walked in. Walked in at 2:46pm on 7/11/2026 and walked out at 2:48 p.m. I'll never be back. Same comment will be uploaded to Jimmy John's corporate.
