  Not sure if it's the demeanor of gen Z or just the not used to seeing a black person in this area but whatever it is I don't care and I still expect a hello how are you doing welcome to Jimmy John's when I walk up to your front counter. I definitely do not expect complete silence and you staring at me in the face. I definitely do not expect me to be the one to speak up first and say hello welcome to Jimmy John's (sarcastically). And lastly this was not a mistake because I definitely did not expect the lady before me (you can guess her race) to be greeted with a hello how are you doing and not 45 seconds later I'm not giving the same courtesy. I didn't order anything from the store partly because there is no grill (I'm used to getting grilled sandwiches at my local Jersey Mikes in Houston Texas where they always greet you) but I can 100% say that this one star was only due to the courtesy and the vibe when I first walked in. Walked in at 2:46pm on 7/11/2026 and walked out at 2:48 p.m. I'll never be back. Same comment will be uploaded to Jimmy John's corporate.

  Order via the app 10 minutes before arriving, get there and its not ready. Ok, fine, its lunch rush. But then the manager gets in a yelling match with a customer and seems to narrowly resist taking him up on the offer to fight outside, and when i ask about the status of my order he is very rude and condescending. The people who ordered there got their food before mine, and after 21 minutes total, (11 in the store) the manage finally plopped my order down roughly in front of me with a brusque "there" and stomped away. Incredibly rude service.

  Typical quick service and fresh tasting food. Good seating inside and outside. Close to the highway. Overall great!
