  Had 2 problems in today's visit. First problem was a Blizzard in the drive thru that was overfilled with no top. By the time I got home I had ice cream everywhere. Second issue was they didn't give me my credit card back and I didn't realize until after I got home. I made the half hour trip back to get the card. The manager made no attempt to apologize and instead sent one of their employees out to deal with me. Mr. Dreadlocks, the employee who caused both issues was distracted by conversations with other employees.

  Nicest DQ I've ever been in but it was absolutely freezing inside and they don't deliver ice cream or drinks to you.

  Portions were comically small compared to my local DQ location. Employees had a certain weariness that scares me away from this location
