Then she claimed there was no manager an that she was basically the manager on duty. She need referred me to someone who could take my report on this unruly behavior!!

- AWAva WMar 30, 20262.0Not a fan of this particular location. Been a few times and the staff hasn't ever been very friendly. Last time I came in the service was pretty bad. One of the baristas was busy so I just waved and waited at the register, which was no problem. What I found rude is that she just gave me a bad look, didn't acknowledge me, and then spent the next 3-5 minutes talking with a coworker instead. I still assumed they were just busy and wanted to give benefit of the doubt. However, I ordered a menu drink and she proceeded to add full customizations to the entire uncustomized drink, making the price far higher than menu or website pricing. She wasn't nice in the slightest until I hit the tip button at the end. A bit disappointing when Caribou is usually pretty good.
