Not only does Bruegger's not serve soup anymore, they don't serve water so you have to purchase a drink. The staff got our order wrong. Won't be returning. Sad.

That left 50 people without food. Customer service was horrible. Noone would answer the phone, and when I did get a hold of someone hours later, I was hung up on. I had a confirmation number, so I know my order was placed.

I ended up standing there awkwardly for about 5–6 minutes just waiting to be helped. After placing a baker’s dozen order, it didn’t seem like anything was being prepared. I could see staff standing around while I waited, and I ended up standing there for another 10 minutes with no clear progress on my order—while I was already on a time crunch. Overall, the service felt disorganized and unwelcoming, which was surprising given how spacious this Bruegger’s Bagels location is. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

The furniture has clearly not been cared for or updated (wobbly tables/chairs, nicked/scuffed). Online orders are prioritized and you are not valued for stopping in… rather you are viewed as an inconvenience!
