  My fiancé and I came into this location today and we frequent Bruegger’s pretty often but have never been inside of this location. The workers seemed nice enough but we had a problem with almost every single item we ordered. Initially forgot my fiancé’s drink, and the free bagel and cream cheese we got with signing up for the app (the bagel wasn’t cut in half either) and we had to go up to the counter multiple times and it seemed as though the workers were starting to get annoyed at us for them forgetting our things? Then when we think we finally have everything they made my breakfast sandwich wrong as it doesn’t have the right bagel and had zero cream cheese on it. Unfortunately I did not notice that until we got back home. Very disappointing, won’t be back to this location

  You ever walk into a small town shop and the owner:manager knows your name. Well this is the place to be. I love the sandwiches in fact haven’t found one I didn’t like. I come often and am always treated with a smile and good customer service.

  Why did they get rid of free water?? It should be a crime to not give out free water especially during the summer heat! Nobody wants to pay $4 for bottled water when water is free.

  My turkey sandwich was very good but could have had twice as much turkey!
