  Ordered a bottled mountain dew and told them. They refused to give me the bottle but gave me a small mountain dew. Which is frustrating because I wanted something I could put in my bag for later.

  I’ve ordered online twice for pick up and the sandwich isnt done on time same person working she sits in back and does nothing until u come up there the customer service is horrible do not recommend coming here

  The worst experienced I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service. Avoid this subway with the rude lady working at all costs. She gave us attitude from the get-go. Please teach your workers to be more professional and friendly.

  By far the worst subway customer service I have ever received. If it wasn’t because my kids really wanted these sandwiches I would have left immediately as the ugly service started the moment I began ordering. I even decided to speak to her in her language, which didn’t help, it was one rude gesture and look after another the ENTIRE time. Never purchasing from this place again.

  Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Online order…She tried to tell me she didn’t think I was coming to get my food because “It said I was supposed to be there at 7:15” no I ordered it at 7:15 I was supposed to arrive at 7:30. Which I did and I was even early. I asked her why she wasn’t heating up my bacon. Replied you didn’t choose toasted…. Correct but I’ve never had subway not warm the bacon. Sat and argued with me about how I’m supposed to indicate heated bacon when I order online…. HOW??? Sandwich was so sloppy and messy. I asked her how do I cancel my order and she just ignored me. Will never come back. Get a new job lady.
