AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible staff that aren’t trained. Food came out cold, and DO NOT order a bundle, as they will not give you all of your food and you will just be paying extra for no reason. Corporate managers don’t even listen and provide a refund for mistakes.

There were three people behind the counter doing nothing and it still took at least three minutes for one of them to come over and start getting my wife’s and my order. The person who wrapped my burrito also didn’t do a great job and it started to fall apart as I ate it.

One of the best QDOBA's we have ever been too. I was skeptical at first as there were mixed reviews. But I was VERY happy with my order. I ordered a burrito and it was honestly larger than my head. I can't even comprehend how and why they made it so big and stuffed but I am not one to complain. That burrito easily lasted two whole meals and then some. Not sure if I was just lucky but would happily return here.

My family and I have ordered from this location for many years, quite frequently (60 visits only in 2025, not sure about this year). One of the main reasons is that our little one is picky, and this is the only restaurant he actually eats from. Our typical order is nothing crazy, but we have always asked to get the readily-made white rice not yet mixed with cilantro for my son only. We have even waited a couple of times for it to be done, when it was not ready. We have always had a good experience, especially with the staff. They knew us and our order! And we knew them by name too. During our last visit, things turned around quite drastically. We waited in line for about 15 minutes (3 people ahead of us) because they were understaffed. There were two girls working on the line, and we briefly saw one cook in the back. No managers on-site. This was Wednesday, 6/4 at 7:30 PM. The line behind us kept growing and some people leaving due to the extended wait times. When our turn came, this new employee called Chloe (blonde girl with big glasses) attended us, and when my wife asked for the white rice from the back, she immediately rolled her eyes and responded that they don't have any with an attitude. This was my wife's second interaction with Chloe, who did the same on the previous Saturday, 5/31. She didn't want to check it, and then went on to argue with my wife. On this occasion, my wife asked her if they don't have any rice in the back oven, and Chloe said that they don't. My wife asked how long will it take to have it, and at first, Chloe said it will take 2 hours--which we know that's not true. My wife said that we know from previous staff that it takes about 20 minutes to make a new batch--and we would have waited. Instead, Chloe changed the story and said that they won't make any new rice, and that this was all that they have for the night (although it would not last 30 minutes to be finished with the line behind us, and their close is at 11 PM). We ordered the cilantro rice anyway, knowing that our kid will not eat much of it. Then, I went on to order for myself and my other son. Throughout this interaction, I have said nothing, and I treated Chloe normally, as if nothing had happened. However, when I got to the cashier and the items were being added, Chloe left the customer line to come try argue with me! Same rolling eyes and b***y attitude. I told her in my normal tone that I haven't said anything to her, and I don't mean any disrespect to her too, but we have ordered at this location for many years, and the stuff she was making up were simply not true! She didn't like the answer, and said that she would add a note for her manager to have us banned from this location, and that we are no longer welcome there. She got my number and name to have her manager contact me. This didn't happen until today, Saturday, 6/7, via text message. This is what this person sent to me: "Hi, this is Chad Henderson. I’m the General manager for the Eden Prairie Qdoba. I was informed of an incident involving your wife on Sunday may 31st. Your wife came in and asked for white rice not mixed yet and was informed that we didn’t have any non mixed white rice. She then proceeded to argue with my staff. There was some confusion on my new staffs part as they said it would take 2 hours to cook new rice and I have corrected them that it takes around 30 mins. On Thursday you and your family came in and the same situation arose. This time things were said that are unacceptable. I understand that we have been giving you guys non mixed rice (off the menu item) but when we don’t have that item it is not okay to say the things your wife said to them. I have watched all of the camera footage with audio for Sunday and Thursday and have determined that you and your family are no longer welcomed at the Eden Prairie Qdoba. I have to protect my staff and it also seems best for you and your family if you visit another location" No examples. My wife didn't swear at Chloe but questioned her answers--not sure what was unacceptable. Quite disappointing!

We have been dining here for the past four years and have always had positive experiences. The staff has consistently been accommodating to our family, especially with my youngest son’s food requests, which we have greatly appreciated. However, over the last few weeks, we have had multiple interactions with an employee named Chloe that have been disappointing. We found her behavior to be rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. During our most recent visit, while we were standing in line, we felt uncomfortable when she instructed other staff members to provide information that did not seem truthful. What has been most upsetting is that our concerns did not appear to be taken seriously, and the interaction left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. After years of being loyal customers, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure all customers continue to feel welcomed and treated respectfully.
