  Have ordered several times over the years (shame on me for continuing to go back). Delivery is 80% of the time ridiculously late. Today, ordered ahead with scheduled delivery between 11-11:15a. It's almost 12p. Order has been "Out for Delivery" since 10:47a.

  Might be my first review. It’s been over 40 minutes in the drive through and it was just two cars. By far the slowest service and seemed like a lack of care that everyone is inconvenienced. Posting this while still waiting in line. Update- order was also wrong and I can’t eat it. Allergic to dairy, requested and confirmed no cheese double meat. Was charged for double and given a sandwich without double meat and with cheese.

  The customer service from this location is the best! Today was a busy day and they were short on staff, so delivery times were pushed back. I called the store to see where in the process mine was. The gal who answered was so kind and professional. She informed me that mine was next to go out. It was to my office pretty quickly after that call. The gentleman that delivered it is always so professional and sweet. Keep up the great work!

  Every single table was dirty and the teenagers were sitting around on the counters while others made the food. Gross.

  Frustrating that they have a drive through that they don't seem to operate. It would be better to put a sign up if it's not in service...
