    DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! They will put plastic in your food I was just eating my Jimmy John’s when i feel soemthing hard in my mouth I spit it out to my surprise a big fat piece of plastic??! You guys need a health inspector ASAP

    Slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. The guy making the sandwiches was slow and lazy and showed no urgency for the 10 orders waiting. Music was too loud. Boxes were lying around. And one employee was goofing off doing nothing while the drive-thru and in-store orders were backed up. You call this freaky fast?! This is freaky slow!

    ⭐️ 1 Star — Management Needs to Address This I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered the Cuban #13, a sandwich I have ordered many times at other Jimmy John’s locations, so I know exactly what it should be like. Unfortunately, this sandwich had almost no meat on it. It was loaded with pickles and mustard, to the point that it tasted like a pickle-and-mustard sandwich rather than a Cuban. The meat is a major part of what gives this sandwich its flavor, and without it, the sandwich simply wasn’t worth what I paid for it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I called the store to complain and was not given any satisfactory resolution. I expected the manager or staff to take the complaint seriously, especially when the problem was so obvious. Management needs to look into how this location is preparing its sandwiches and whether customers are consistently receiving the proper portions. I’ve had the Cuban #13 at other Jimmy John’s locations and never had this experience. My advice: If you’re ordering the Cuban #13, I would skip this location and go somewhere else. I certainly won’t be ordering this sandwich from this location again unless I know the quality and portions have been addressed. I hope management reads this and takes action rather than dismissing it. Customers should receive the sandwich they paid for—not a sandwich that is mostly pickles and mustard.

    Is it that hard to get an order right? Out of the last 3 times ive gone they screwed up my order everytime I go during work I don't have time to be going back and telling them to fix my sandwich that shouldve gotten right in the first place I gave them the benefit of the doubt but 3 times is ridiculous even with written instructions and they couldve double checked the notes whether it was right or not and they still couldn't get it right like having cheat codes to a game a still not being able to beat it idk whos running that place but they either need better employees or a manager that cares
