Please add less salt when making Cajun Fries, because I think the cajun seasoning has salt as well. Also, please don't wrap the burgers so tight because the sesame bun gets crushed.

No accountability, no apology, nothing. Just blank stares and “it’s gone.” This is the kind of careless, disorganized service that makes customers never come back. If you can’t even keep track of who picks up paid orders, why are you running a pickup system at all? I wasted my time, my gas, and my patience because this store can’t manage the basics. Zero communication. Zero responsibility. Zero customer care. If you value your time or your money, avoid this location. They clearly don’t care about either.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
