This was, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Domino’s. I ordered a pizza from the Eden Prairie location and discovered what appeared to be a large piece of pork on my pizza, even though I did not order pork. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, and even call ahead to request a clean-cut on my pizza orders, so this was extremely upsetting. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have found pork on a pizza from this location. In the past, I chose not to report it because I assumed it was an isolated mistake. This time, I returned to the store because I genuinely hoped someone would take the issue seriously and ensure better quality control going forward. I politely asked to speak with a supervisor, but no manager came to speak with me. Instead, another employee approached me and simply stated that Domino’s cannot guarantee against cross-contamination because it’s mentioned on the website. That completely missed the point. I understand shared kitchens and the possibility of trace cross-contact, but finding a large piece of meat that was never ordered is different. What disappointed me even more was the lack of professionalism and empathy. I felt like my concerns were dismissed. There was no sincere apology, no manager willing to address the issue, and no effort to reassure me that this would be investigated or prevented from happening again. I came to the store because I believed the quality and integrity of customer orders mattered and wanted to give the store an opportunity to make things right. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and met with rudeness. Because of this experience, I will no longer order from this location. I also organize food orders for work events, and I will be taking that business elsewhere. I hope the franchise owner reviews this situation, improves food handling practices, and provides better customer service training. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, especially when raising a legitimate concern about their food.

Pizza from here is always good but it’s never cut in a way that makes it easily edible. Why do I have to cut my own pizza when I order it from a pizza place? It doesn’t make sense. It’s the easiest part of the job. Clearly someone didn’t understand division in math. It’s really quite irritating

The quality of the food has gone downhill over the last year or so. Not sure what's happening with the management but they need to focus more on training
