- SSsteve sherman3 days ago3.0Chipotle was at one time an icon for a burrito. It quickly took the place of the sit down Mexican lunch. As they have evolved, they have continuously tried new things. New flavors. Sometimes those things were great, such as the chicken Al Pastor. However, all I want is to have excellent guacamole, and chips that are not stale. The last 3 times I have had it there, the guacamole was made incorrectly. It had no flavor at all, and the chips were very stale. Very disappointing.

One of the things I loved about your steak is that it was medium rare to medium and juicy. Not at this location. Please correct this! Edited to add when I asked for a small cup of another meat, Charis (hoped I spelled it correctly) was very gracious and professional. She alone, made me increase the rating I gave originally.
