- DMDavid Meier6 days ago1.0This is, perhaps, the worst Chipotle in the metro. We ordered 4 entrees for mobile pickup and all of them were wrong. Each burrito was 90% rice and nothing else. They skipped over half of what we ordered for each item. The bowl was wrong and somehow they even got the quesadilla wrong! Also Chipotle's AI "Pepper" told me that even though my order was completely wrong it couldn't help me. Talk about AI slop! I eventually got 4 free meals out of it by contacting Chipotle, but avoid this location like the plague! Management at this Chipotle should be on the hook for the abysmal service.
- MOMaristella OmanyoJun 18, 20265.0On June 10th, my daughter and her best friend placed a catering order for 65 people with the manager at the Hennepin Town Road location on for pickup on Saturday. This was for their graduation party. When I arrived on June 13th, 30 minutes before the party, no one at the store knew about the order, and the manager was unreachable and not in store. Fortunately, with help from a young staffer at this store, the Technology Drive location was able to fulfill the order on short notice and saved the girls’ graduation party. These guys stepped it up on the fly! I would love for them to receive recognition, but only for the obvious (food), but also the incredible customer service, when we thought that all would be lost. We will be forever grateful for the Technology Drive location for saving the girls’ grad party!
