This morning, I waited about 15 minutes for my order and politely asked about it twice. The male employee at the counter was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I showed him that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, he became even more hostile and actually told me to “shut up.” That kind of behavior is unacceptable and disgusting in customer service. I did not insult him or do anything wrong. I was simply asking about my order. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly do not recommend this location.
