  I don’t normally leave reviews but I love going to brueggers and have been to multiple locations in the Twin Cities and this is by far the worst one I have been too. Nothing against the staff but it looks like a 2 year old made the bagel. Half of the toppings are always missing, the bagels are stale, and overall the food is always a mess. As well as an incredibly long wait time. I don’t know who is in charge of the training process or food quality but they are doing a terrible job. It’s pretty disappointing considering this is my local brueggers, especially when i’m paying $10 for a bagel and it sucks. Please train your employees because they don’t know how to make a bagel better than a toddler.

  Not surprising to see these other reviews. My husband waited over 40 minutes to collect the order he placed ahead of time. When he got home, we found multiple items and ingredients missing from the order. Ultimately the food was just okay. If you value your time at all, stay away from this place. I don't blame the two employees that were staffed at this location on a Saturday morning- which, having worked in for service myself, I know is an especially busy time for breakfast orders - I blame the terrible management.

  I was warned. I didn’t listen. I could have harvested my own wheat and made my own bagels faster. Bagel store out of most bagels and what they did have took 34 minutes. That’s not a typo. The Tide store in the parking lot might be a better breakfast option.

  I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I totally understand when it’s busy being patient is very important, but I was more than patient. The entire restaurant filled up and empty twice before I even got my order. I was there for about an hour waiting patiently an employee checked in on me, asking for the name of my order two separate times I was so close to walking out without getting my order. Definitely should not be done, especially on an online order where I placed it ahead. Shouldn’t have to wait an hour in the store when I place ahead.

  We’re regulars at this location and our main advice is don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Our most recent order took 32 minutes, and that’s not unusual. Food is great, but staff do not have any expediency even on a busy Sunday morning. Literally just standing there, staring into space. They don’t have enough seating for all the people waiting for their bagels. Order WAY ahead, and take it to go.
