- KJKelly JohnsonOct 6, 20262.0Ordered online the day before for 7:30 pick up. Showed up, didn't get my food until about 7:55. Only two ladies working. For the morning rush.... Seriously, that's a management problem. The employees were working hard, swamped, but still kind. Kudos to those two girls working there for putting up with bad management. (10/6/26 @ 7:30 am, you two are awesome!) I mean this store uses the seating area for storage of supplies. Who does that?
- SNSherri NearySep 27, 20261.0I ordered online 6 bagels and cream cheese. I paid an upcharge for 2 of the bagels. I asked that they not be sliced. Of course when we got them home, 3 of the bagels were wrong, all sliced, and a garlic flavored bagel was thrown in to ruin all of them. This is the third time I've had an issue with this Bruegger's.
- HMHeather MostollerSep 22, 20262.0I definitely should have read the reviews! Placed an order on the app which said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. So in total I waited 40 minutes. For a BAGEL. That I ordered ahead of time!
- EJEthan JonesSep 22, 20261.0Constantly a long wait even if you are the only person in the store. Bagel quality is bad. My blueberry bagel is one huge hole and halfway cooked.
- MHMadison HansonSep 10, 20261.0I door dashed a sandwich through this location and when I went to eat it I found a black hair in my sandwich. I called and the manager apologized and told me I could come back and get a new one. Already an inconvenience because i doordashed it so i didn’t have to leave. Whatever, I went and got a new one and they gave me store credit for next time which was nice. I got home with my new sandwich and it’s not even made correctly. No bacon like the sandwich normally comes with and made with onions, which I hate. Never once did i say anything about adding onions. Very poor experience and will not be returning to this location.
