  I ordered a bagel sandwich & 2 twice baked hash. More than half of the sandwich was missing its contents like onions tomato's etc. Also the twice baked hash was stone cold didn’t even bother to throw it in oven. Mind you there was only 1 other customer in there. Terrible I felt like I got robbed

  Get it together Bruggers. I was unsuccessful with ordering through the app, this alone is its own problem. I came into the store and ordered food the old fashioned way. The employees could not be bothered to work with any sense of urgency. Dozens of people piled up waiting for orders. It took more than 20 min to receive my small order. Unreal and unacceptable. (I won’t even comment on the absolutely disaster on the inside of the restaurant. Mr coffee coffee pots, boxes of supplies everywhere. What is happening in here!?)

  Good but they don't have the staff for the volume of orders. Super slow to get your food

  Beyond just slow. 37 minutes to get a bagel and cream cheese. Ten minutes just to order, then 27 minutes waiting for the bagel per the time stamped on the receipt. If I could have found someone to give me my money back, I would have asked, but the cashier left the store for about 15 minutes of that time. I used to love Bruegger's and went frequently with no problems, but it has seriously gone downhill in the past few years. My husband used to stop about once a month and was complaining about the slow service, but I thought he had to be exaggerating. He wasn't. The restaurant doesn't look the least bit inviting anymore. It wasn't really dirty, but didn't look clean either. It is obvious the chairs are for waiting for your order, not enjoying your food. I planned to get a cup of coffee but, fortunately, I looked over and saw a couple Mr. Coffee-style pots sitting on the side with only brown sludge in them. Must have been there for hours. I wanted an egg sandwich but thought I'd sped things up by getting just a bagel, but they seemed to follow a first in first out process rather than moving along some of the easy orders. Another person was waiting and waiting for a dozen mixed bagels in a box. How hard would it have been for the cashier to complete that order! There were three (later only two!) employees, but none of them seemed to care about the wait time. The cashier did nothing but take orders and refill the bagel bins. She cold have helped with food prep. There were at least a dozen people waiting for food including some Door Dash folks who had to be losing money standing there for that long. Once she returned from her "break," the cashier started telling people it would be about thirty minutes for their order so customers were walking out. I wish she would have told me. I learned the hard way and I will never be back. To add insult to injury, my sesame bagel was doughy, not fully cooked.

  First time, there was hair in my food. Second time, they forgot to put the eggs in my sandwhich. Food quality and atmosphere is great, but just wish staff was up to par.
