  I love bugger’s bagels and I eat there Maybe three times a month. It just really bothers me when I see staff not wearing sanitary things like hats or if they’re not changing their gloves periodically especially staff with longer hair.. Hair sheds and it definitely sheds into the food if there not wrapping it up properly, especially on the line. I’m not asking for hairnets. Just wearing the proper uniform to keep things sanitized that’s all

  No clear customer ordering line. Stood there waiting to order while bagel sandwich makers stood around talking and then took orders from other customers who came in after us.

  Was trying to give this place a try but right when I walked in one of the staff looked at me like I wasn’t welcomed there. One staff member did tell me if I had any questions to feel free to ask so I decided to stay but when I walked up to the counter to order the other two staff members ignored me and took orders for the other people who just walked in. Didn’t get to try so can’t say if the food was good or not. We happened to be the only people of color there and we weren’t treated the same as the other customers.

  Our order for a large group was rather late and missing two coffee canteens. I've had good experiences in the past and I love their bagels, but this was bad.
