  I usually go through the drive through 3 times a week. But this day I went inside. I witnessed the manager Terry be very condescending to the workers. Just what and how he was talking to his team was rude and unprofessional. I have had to speak to Terry before about my order being wrong. He was VERY rude to me also. I simply wanted what I paid for. I understand working for the public can be stressful. But if he can't do it professionally then maybe it's not the job for him. On the day I went inside to order Terry saw me. He made sure to bag my food. The ham and cheese slider was squished so bad it was half the size. It was mangled. I would add the pic but website won't let me.

  4 man crew came in today. All the fries and chicken we ordered were cold. Even on the sandwiches. Most everything there is pre-made and hoping someone will order the old stuff under the warmer. Nothing was fresh or freshly made. $85 in food thrown away. Arbys is now the bottom. Go to caseys and get a pizza. It'll be fresher. Thanks for wasting our time and money. You need a negative star!!!!

  Long story short! Do not buy food here. I purchased $35.44 of food and I go to check my transaction history on my card and I was charged $46.07! Absolutely unacceptable. The young men in this establishment appear to be committing card fraud! Beware! Estella (Manager) Rude and unhelpful! GM Terry ; on Vacation! I was told I have to wait until July 3rd when they are back in office!

  For a fast food restaurant this is one of the better ones. As stated delicious roast beef and the young gal working Tayanna was just a gem. Knew her product , had some suggestions and a nice to see a young lady growing in business. She's a keeper. 👍🏼
