  Do not order from here. The staff have no idea what they are doing. The pizza was made wrong and was so dry! I will never go here again! Pour some sauce on a piece of cardboard and it will be better than this place!

  I had an issue with the old shakopee location and was told I had credit for pizza, called just to find out I didn’t any whenever I spoke to was not doing their job but they were able to pull up the recording. I said I was never gonna go there again and I was not playing. I would rather drive further for the quality. I called this location to try to put in an order for pick up using the credit and there was a lot of confusion. I felt frustrated I was told one thing and it was another. I expressed how I felt and I was talking to the manager Nas. She explained to me that I would need to order from that location and I told her I was not ever going to order there again. In the end, she was amazing and fixed the issue that wasn’t even her or this locations fault. She made my order that I wanted and even gave me extra wings. She was professional and understanding!! I had hungry children in the car after going to the zoo. Thank you Nas for going above and beyond ! The pizza was amazing and made fresh to perfection! This will be my new location to go to even though it’s a bit further! I highly recommend this location!! Thank you Nas you deserve a raise 👏

  Order yesterday. Food was cold and missing what was in the notes. When you walk in there, they don’t say anything. You give them your name, they hand you your order without saying a thing. So in other words silent transaction. They need to get rid of those people and that black guy in there is always rude. Never going back here

  The atmosphere at this Pizza Hut in Burnsville was generally welcoming and casual. The customer service was excellent and the lighting was amazing and I will be coming back.

  This location is extremely consistent.... consistently TERRIBLE. I have been a Pizza Hut fan my whole life so continue to go back every six months or so thinking they'll have new staff, or improved some way else and it's always just as bad as I remember. Completely wrong orders, missing items, rude staff, old dough... you name it. Last time i got someone else's order and called in and they gave me a credit. Or at least they said they did but when I called to use it they had no records of this. Yesterday I didnt even bother to call in, more of a "fool me twice, shame on me" type thing. Definitely not getting fooled any more. Drive to the next city over, try other pizza places locally
