  I’ve been to this papa John’s and every time they are helpful although it is usually 1 person working the store at night for the most part they are helpful. I see a lot of customers complaints but whenever I go I don’t seem to have an issue with the staff.

  I placed an order for a couple pizzas for my family. I sat and waited for 40 minutes until I was called by a driver stating that they couldn’t bring my order so I immediately called the store to talk to the manager. I tried to explain to him I did not select a store. I simply typed in my address for delivery and the app chose the store. Mykel Wilson the “self proclaimed” general manager told me I wasn’t getting my food and that I would receive a refund I said can I come pick up the food if I have to do that I expect a refund for the inconvenience, I want my money refunded. That is where this complaint comes in. He started getting extremely hostile and rude to me. He told me it was my fault that the app did that. He told me I was clueless and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I tried to explain again to him that I did not choose the store he flat out, told me” I don’t care” and hung up on me three different times! I asked for the general manager‘s name probably three or four times. At first he told me he didn’t know then he said it was him who was the general manager. I’m not normally one to complain as I used to work in This industry just like Mykel but if I ever handled a situation this was I wouldn’t of worked there any longer.

  When I arrived at the branch around 12:35, it was closed. It was nighttime, but the navigation system said it was open. Although there were two staff members inside, I unfortunately did not receive any service.

  Hands down the single worst papa John’s I have ever been to!! Expect to wait at minimum 45 minutes for an online pick up order, only to be treated like absolute garbage when you walk in. The staff is rude and the wait times are beyond ridiculous!! I would absolutely think twice before choosing to order from here!

  Ordered a basic Italian sausage pizza carry out, was expecting the typically mediocre pizza, was shocked at how good it was, they finally loaded it with cheese and it made a world of a difference. My fiancé doesn't like PPJ and she even said that was the best she's had. Good job guys!
