Placed an order for pizza and cheese sticks ordered extra marinara four of them and what I received was not the pre-packaged marinara that they advertise was the in-store packaged marinara which was half the amount that's in the free package when I called the assistant manager on duty tonight it is April 27th the assistant manager said well that's the way their packaging them I keep telling them to fill them up if you don't like it you have to get your money back from doordash there's nothing I can do about it my comment was this is not a doordash problem this is a Papa John's problem you're charging a customer for an item and sending half the item and you know it and you're doing it anyway you just told me you know it well there's nothing I can do you have to talk to doordash about that it's not a Papa John issue Papa John you can do better you've done better in the past I've usually had good service out of y'all but this is ridiculous

Phone line says store is open, website says store is open. I try to place an order, get told the store is closed. Try to place a call, no answer. Not a good way to do business.

My roommate and I have ordered from here numerous times. The delivery is always hot, correct and the drivers are friendly. We like the pizza and all of the desserts. Hope they bring back the caramel sauce ;)
