- CWChef Adam WilliamsonMay 9, 20261.0Came here at 2:25 pm to the drive thru and the girl giving us our food was super rude and didn’t give us all of our food and just shut the window with no thank you or have a good day. Just handed it over and shut the window. Then we checked the food and my chicken sandwich that I ordered with cheese had no cheese so I gave it back to get one with cheese. They sent it out AGAIN with NO cheese on it. The girl was mad at us for asking for another one. So I asked for the manager. She also treated us with total disrespect and acted like we were wrong for asking for another one. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at McDonolds. The manager and the girl at the window should be fired. We will never go back to that location ever again. Pretty pathetic.

Including the management. The Kiosks suck! There is nothing personal at McDonald's. Robots have nothing on their business model. They were not busy. The food was luke warm. Please bring back the McDonald's of old!
