  The best lamb I've ever had. Had the perfect amount of char and was so tender. The butter chicken was so creamy and the perfect spice level. Sad I don't live closer or else I would make this a regular.

  The food is excellent. I am partial to the grilled vegetables. There are padded benches for seating around the tables which are surprisingly comfortable and "homey". The owner helped me put together a meal I could enjoy (I'm diabetic). We've been there twice now and highly recommend it.

  I have had food here at least 10+ times and I have to say the food is truly Mazidar! The butter chicken is the best you will have in all of Minnesota hands down! I have done take out tons of times and recently dined in and the food was so fresh, made with love. I highly recommend them! My family truly enjoyed it all and we will definitely keep coming back!

  Very nice family oriented place. excellent good. The service was great. The cheff himself came to the table and served us the food. Their naans , bihari kabob and and chicken Karhai is a recommendation. I will definitely refer to others and will go back

  Found this place tucked next to a grocery aisle and walked out planning my next visit. Mazidar does Indian and Afghan side by side, and both taste like someone’s family recipe rather than a menu built for tourists. The Afghan kabuli pulao was the standout — long-grain rice steamed with tender lamb, sweet carrot slivers, and raisins, exactly the way it should be. The chicken karahi came out bubbling, with tomatoes and ginger cut fresh, not spooned from a tub. Naan arrived hot enough to burn my fingers, straight from the tandoor. Everything tasted clean and freshly made; nothing sat under a heat lamp waiting for me. Service was warm and unhurried, the portions are generous, and the prices are honestly a steal for the quality. The grocery section is a nice bonus if you want to take home spices or fresh bread. Authentic, fresh, and worth the drive. Go hungry
