  The Manager Shannon goes out of her way to make the service a 5...star. Eating out for us is rare so our to go for chinese is good ole Leeann Chin! thanks for making the orders up to par. Good work over there at the Cliff Rd location in Eagan. The best!

  Cashew Chicken, the meat itself has a smell and sour taste as if its been rotting in the fridge for weeks. Being charged for the chow mein noodles option is obsurd and complete cheap bs, worse then the dried fried rice. Fire cracker shrimp was definitely refried. How has Leann Chin survived over 20 years with bs asian food with a mexican chef at this location.

  My son and I came in very close to closing time. We were there To pick up a too good to go order. The manager was so sweet and generous. We appreciate his kindness and hospitality.

  I ordered the Chin Dynasty but was given an Imperial Plate instead. When I asked for both of my entrées to be Peking chicken, the employee simply scooped a few extra pieces of Peking chicken onto my plate and told me that was considered the Chin Dynasty. That wasn’t what I ordered or expected. I also ordered the oyster wings, and they were overly salty and undercooked. I tried to let the employee know they didn’t appear to be fully cooked, but she seemed visibly annoyed, and her facial expression made it clear she wasn’t interested in addressing my concern. To make matters worse, I had a reward in the app for a free upgrade to beef or steak. I showed the employee the reward, but she didn’t understand what it meant or how to apply it. She pointed to a tray with less than a spoonful of what appeared to be undercooked beef or steak, but still couldn’t explain what the upgrade included or honor the reward. It was frustrating that employees weren’t familiar with the promotions offered through the restaurant’s own app. After this experience, I can understand why this location’s rating is only in the three-star range and doesn’t even reach four stars. I’ve been to several Leeann Chin locations over the years, and this one consistently misses the mark. Between the incorrect order, poor food quality, lack of product knowledge, and disappointing customer service, I won’t be returning to this location.
