Staff seemed overworked, too many customers for amount of staff. Tried to clarify my order three times, and they still got it wrong.
I want to give a huge thank you to Dennis and his staff at the Dunkin on Cliff Road in Eagan!
Every year, we order approximately 20 dozen donuts and bagels for our bowling group. It has become a tradition, and many of our athletes look forward to this special treat all year.
I was honestly hesitant to order from Dunkin again because of a bad experience at another location last year. I had gone in ahead of time, placed and paid for our large order, only to arrive the day of our event and discover that the order had never actually been prepared. With that many athletes counting on us, it was incredibly stressful and disappointing.
This year, I decided to try the Cliff Road location, and the experience was completely different.
Dennis and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They understood that this wasn't just a large order—it was something special for our athletes. They were kind, organized, dependable, and made sure everything was ready for us.
When you're ordering 20 dozen donuts and bagels, knowing you can trust the people handling your order means a lot!
Thank you, Dennis and the entire Cliff Road Dunkin team, for helping make our bowling event extra special. You have definitely earned our business, and we look forward to making you part of this tradition for years to come!

Horrible experience two times in a row, please avoid this Dunkin’ location.
I ordered the viral Fluffed Nutter Cloud Latte that is on their menu. They made it incorrectly two separate times. After I paid, they brought up the coolatta version of it. I explained to the drive-thru employee (young male) that this was not what I ordered, and immediately, the attitude began. I asked if he could please make the cloud latte version I ordered, but he declined.
Then, two older women came to the window to ask what was wrong. I explained that my order was made incorrectly and asked if they could make the cloud latte version I ordered. Again, they had attitude with me and contimplating if they should remake my drink. Then one of the older women (Hispanic) proceeded to talk about me in Spanish to the other woman while the window was still open. I can completely understand them, so I spoke back to them in Spanish and asked them to remake my drink. I’m also Hispanic, so I don’t know why they seemed surprised I snapped back at them fed up.
They proceeded to remake my drink correctly, but still had the nerve to argue that I was in the wrong.
