- AAAMay 31, 20261.0I called and asked if they had the $7.99 one topping pizza. The person was not sure and said she would ring it up to see what coupons come up. She said yes it’s a large. I verified it was $7.99 and she said yes. When I got there it was $15.31. I asked for the price I was told on the phone and was told no. They then took the pizza and said it will be back on my card in 3-4 days. They refused a receipt. I asked for a receipt and was yelled at, interrupted, and threatened by the lady working there who said “I’m the general manager.” I stayed calm and asked for a receipt in case it does not go back on the card, I have no way to prove I never took the pizza. She continued to yell at me and said “call the store” and “we don’t give receipts” and “we have no way of printing receipts” even though every order I have ever gotten from this store has come with a receipt. She eventually showed me the screen so I could take a picture of it to show I did not get the pizza but covered it with her finger so I could not get anything other than my address in the picture. She then got louder and threw her arms around while screaming and threatening me when I asked if I could please have a receipt or at least a photo of the return on my account.
