  What’s going on with the beans today? They were EXTREMELY salty! honestly, completely inedible. We couldn’t even eat them. Do you guys taste or check the food before serving it? I’m genuinely surprised something this salty was allowed to be served to customers.

  They were out of some toppings and I paid for tortillas and the person packing the bag did not put them in. Very disappointing as I even asked about them.

  I ordered my bowl with tomatoes, corn, fajitas, sour cream, and white rice. They didn’t give me any of those veggies I listed above or the sour cream, and they gave me brown rice instead of white rice. Such horrible service.

  Staff was extremely rude while I was ordering, rushing me and acting like they had some crazy rush when there was only two people behind me. She brought my bowl to the back to get steak, not sure why, also not sanitary, and then proceeded to rush me while ordering, I told her what I wanted on my bowl and then she didn’t even get it all on there before she tried to shut my bowl. Customers are the reason you are in business. Treat them with some respect, especially when they have been respectful towards you.

  This by far is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I've had several issues in the past but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I've had issues from unfriendly an unhelpful staff to waiting forever for my food that was supposed to be ready forever ago. Not to mention that it's a 50-50 chance if my food will be cold and full of fatty meat and half cooked rice or not. I ordered online to pick up at 12:00 and I was at the place at 12:00. I'm just standing there waiting for the cashier to acknowledge me for like 5 minutes. He saw me standing there and did nothing but kept ringing up the customers that were walking in the door. Finally, I said the name of the order I was picking up. With his soulless eyes he grabbed my bag of food and gave it to me. They never put the pick up orders where they belong they're always behind the counter. I'm going to reach out to customer service cuz I know that's the generic answer Chipotle will give me. But from this point forward if it comes between making it at home and going to the Chipotle I will just choose to make it at home.
