Today, my “extra guac” was a small spoonful despite paying over $2 for it. My bag of chips (that was forgotten) is primarily crumbly, broken chips. Just save your time and go elsewhere

The guacamole they were serving looked like it had been sitting for hours, as it was brown. Multiple tables were still dirty with garbage on them. Multiple people were waiting for their pickup orders before we got there and were still waiting after we left. I will never be coming back to this specific Chipotle.

About 90% of the time either something is missing, wrong ingredients, or portion sizes are completely off. A half done job would be a generous description of their online service.
