  This chipotle might be competing for worst in the state. Every time I’ve been here, there are issues with something new. The machines aren’t working, they aren’t making or preparing something on any given day. And now today, a Saturday night at 8:30, they aren’t even taking orders?? Who runs this place? Do you know your employees are shutting down shop 2 hours before closing time? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE

  Food is good, service also good, but the customers I've seen all need help mentally. How do you get in line to order, get all the way to the end to pay then start asking for things you should have asked for at the beginning? You're holding up the line with all these extra requests at the register and causing everyone else's food to get cold. I know chipotle say you can get almost a lot of anything but there's no need to get extra side cups when you're about to pay, get it all as you move with the line. Someone asked for vinegar when paying and I see that at the front of the line, same thing with tortillas

  Not worth the hassle. Every time I order online to pick up, i even added extra meat last time, no quality check. I need a microscope to look for the food. Very small portions and just not worth the hassle to complain or anything. It’s embarrassing to go back and say it’s too small of a portion or to write corporate. Such a waste of time when Im busy, time management and just want to get enough food to eat at work. I’m done. I cant pay one hourly wage for something that resembles a snack and Im still hungry at work. Im just cooking home. Nobody's fault but mine because I was too lazy to prep something at home and relied on Chipotle.

  The kind lady who was putting the bowls and Burritos together, around 11:40- 11:50 today 4/25/26. She was just super kind and deserves some recognition for having a good attitude and good customer service!

  Everytime I come here the service gets worse and worse.... This time they had a lady that clearly don't understand a word of english. I'm an immigrant too and it's really upsetting to get people who don't understand the country's language working with the public.... I asked her THREE TIMES what was beef barbacoa... her answer ALL 3 times were "bowl or burrito". I finally gave up and said bowl. At the end of the line she just put the beef barbacoa without me saying what I wanted (BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS) and just moved on to another client without letting me add queso. I asked because my husband thought it was BBQ sauce and it ended up being pulled pork. Everything else I asked to add "a little" and she completely ignored and added a spoon full. Horrible experience, made me stressed, I was pissed when I got to the cashier.
