- NFNatatia FrameMay 10, 20262.0Food takes 40 minutes comes out cold, every thing is wrong. Bartender offers to reheat it. No thank you. There are 8 people in here and i got here at 1pm. Its now 2pm and I am hangry and going elsewhere. 3 ranches and a marina when I ordered 2 blue cheese, 1 beer cheese and a marina. Everything is cold chicken was chewy as if reheated already, mozzarella sticks cold and just break in half.

Hostess went around to ask the servers ( no idea why but ok). Came back and said servers said “no” they can’t do that. Not offered even a wait list or anything and basically told there was no other option. We left very confused as to why they didn’t want business. Very poorly managed and run in my opinion.

He was friendly, happily entertained my questions, and was just overall a very pleasant person to chat with. Both my partner and I have worked many years in the service industry and were impressed by his candor.

I had points for freebies and the bartender gal was extremely helpful in navigating the app to get the freebies! BWW food is always consistent, had the triple bacon burger and it's a winner. Place was well staffed and super clean in anticipation of solid crowds for games later.
