- MMMahrezmaMay 3, 20261.0Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. I came here for an Uber Eats pickup and was completely ignored from the moment I walked in. I showed my order, stood right at the counter, and not a single employee acknowledged me. They moved slowly, avoided eye contact, and acted like I wasn’t even there. I wasted my gas and time driving to this location just to be treated with zero respect. No communication, no urgency, no professionalism. Delivery drivers keep your business running — the least you can do is acknowledge someone standing right in front of you. This location needs serious improvement. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time here either.

People on line were talking about breaking the law and not being allowed to take breaks. Reported to MN DOL. Managers: staff and manage your store! What a waste of time and let down.

The guy up front said they “just received the order 90 seconds ago” which made no sense but ok I can wait. Was given the wrong order. I used my points to order a honey Siracha bagel and instead was given a veggie bagel and four hashbrowns ?? Won’t be coming back to this location.
