  Pains me to write this review. I used to love this place, but customer service has deteriorated to the point of nonexistence, and the male manager there couldn’t care less. I’ve felt like a bother the last few times there. While I LOVE the product, the disregard I felt there yesterday means I’ll rarely go there again IF I ever return. Expecting a friendly greeting, a smile, and a sincere thank you isn’t an unreasonable expectation. Like I said, the male manager I spoke to couldn’t care less. I’ll miss the bagels, for sure, but I won’t miss the cold, unappreciative service.

  All I ordered was a non toasted plain bagel with plain cream cheese, literally the easiest order 4 people behind the counter and I ended up waiting 20 minutes and counted about 15 people who got their food before me who came in and ordered after me Had to tell the girls behind the counter what I ordered

  A little disappointed after my most recent visit. I usually stop here on my way into work (very early) and have never had issues. This time I waited over 30 minutes for one bagel sandwich. The employee did apologize, but it appears there needs to be a better system in place for mobile ordering and in cafe ordering. My sandwich was also lackluster. I understand things dont typically look like the photo, but it seems for the price there could be more meat in the sandwich. The amount of meat is so little you almost can't see it

  Terrible. Second try for this Brueggers. Out of coffee, 20 minute wait for an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. Save yourself the hassle and go to Caribou next door or Dunkin. The old Brueggers experience has sadly died.

  This is what I submitted to Bruegger's Corp - this location is severely neglected for leadership: This was originally going to be a refund request, but now I think this store has a much bigger problem. We placed an online order for pick up and when we got to the store we had to wait longer than the people who were placing in-store orders - which wasn't great, but not the main problem. When I got my order the bagels were not toasted - that was irritating also. So, I called the location to let the staff know that I wasn't satisfied with the order. Melissa answered the phone and made the situation compoundedly worse. She said there wasn't much she could do because of the two ordering systems and she had new staff. I asked what the course of action was for unsatisfied customers and her response was "you were pressuring the staff and didn't deserve the bagles toasted, I wouldn't have toasted them either!" Then she hung up on me. So, I will ask you - what is the corporate policy regarding customer satisfaction? Paying for a service to not only NOT receive what was paid for, but to be yelled at for asking why I didn't get what I paid for is a new level of unsatisfied. But for real tho... Who puts cream cheese on a cold bagel?! The age of customer service is absolutely gone.
