They need to find a better system of completing online orders, while yet providing fast counter service to customers actually in front of them. The cashiers shouldn't also be preparing specialty coffee orders. Complete chaos! Sorry, but true. And the order was wrong!
- KKKathleenMay 22, 20262.0I want to start this off by saying that I have worked in food service and customer service positions for years, so I am very patient and forgiving with food service workers. I placed an order for pick up today for 7:10, I placed this order on Tuesday, it was a fairly large order which is why I placed the order two days early. I arrived at the store at 7 am, my order wasn't ready until 7:25am. They didn't even have any of the bagels started or ready by 7:10. They ran out of coffee and they told me I would have to wait about 3 minutes for that coffee, I ended up waiting 7 minutes or so. The manager or shift lead, was very rude and I could hear her swearing in the background and yelling about the phone. There was an extremely long line and a customer near me asked for help and was ignored. They didn't ask if I would like any cups of cream or sugar or anything for my large orders of coffee. Again, I am usually very patient and understanding for food service workers, this just felt unprofessional and unhelpful.
