  I just wanted a toasted sesame with plain cream cheese. Unfortunately it was not toasted, and the knife used clearly had been used for onions so it was all cold and onion-y. This brueggers has been around forever and I guess it finally ran its course 😢

  Just stopped at this Bruegger’s for a breakfast bagel. We ate in. The food was good. But one of the big things I think we all look for is cleanliness. The floor, the tables and the trash container were terrible. Floor was dirty. Food all around. Tables were dirty and no one wiped anything down while we were there. There trash container was dirty on the top and was over flowing. WTH! A manager was there. I mentioned to the person that checked us out about the floor. The excuse was “we have been busy”. Weren’t busy while we were there eating. Our first time at this Brueggers and our last.

  Every brueggars is kinda slow. But this store hardly cares. Me and my wife ordered 3 bagels and even though they were staffed up and dead at 745am. The manager watched as one guy walked out and sat down in the dining section, not helping. Then one of the employee’s prioritized making his own sandwich over mine. Literally walks from the other side of the counter, sits down and talks to the other guys sitting there and eats his sandwich. This team needs to learn to prioritize the customer, they could’ve made our sandwiches in 3 mins but none of them feel like working together.

  Just walked in Friday at 11:45. The guy behind the counter top notch service. Everyone greeted everyone and I just had the best tomato avocado breakfast sandwich ever. It was the hottest I’ve ever gotten it and looked better than the photos. You can tell when people actually care :) another lady politely cut someone’s sandwich how they liked without even being asked. I haven’t seen service This great in so long!!!! It takes a lot to get up and serve people but to do it with kindness is another level! Great job crew working during lunch at 11:45 Friday 5/22/26 !!!! They truly deserve a bonus or something. The kindest Bruegger’s workers I’ve ever met in 10 years. Thank you!
