NO greeting, NO offer to assist at the ice cream counter. Tick tock … I made eye contact with the lady behind the donut counter. Guess what she did? Walked to the back. At that point I told my two grandchildren let’s go to the location on Cliff Rd, we always want our business. At the Cliff location I’m always greeted, employees smile and quick service.

This store, I think had like 10 flavors at best. Not to mention Dunkin Donuts isn't the same either as I remember donuts freshly baked daily. Methinks the donuts come frozen to the store then thawed before being sold to customers. Being both concepts are in a very small location kills the experience of both companies of old. They do have a drive thru for those fast orders to go. But, Dunkin Donuts was a place where old fogies like myself could go after church for coffee and donuts with friends. Not anymore as the stools have been taken out of stores. Ah, the memories.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
