  Ordered $46 worth of food at the drive-thru, got all the way to the window, and was told they don’t accept $100 bills. Would have been nice to know that before ordering. I left and went right down the road to Taco John’s, ordered $28 worth of food, and they had no problem accepting the exact same $100 bill. Guess this Taco Bell location doesn’t take American currency. Pretty sad that a fast-food restaurant can’t handle a $100 bill, especially after taking the order and letting me get all the way to the window before saying anything. Taco John’s got my business instead. 👎

  In the drive thru, we had two orders in one car (two couples) before 1:30am when he said they take the final order. He told us that he could not do both of our orders because they want to "help the most people", which makes zero sense. When we tried to talk some sense into him, he told us that we could either put in one order or he could deny us service. I knew common sense was getting less common, but I didn't know it was this bad.

  They have taken over an hour and a half to make my order. I called to check on it and they told me to "go f*ck myself", absolutely no excuse for this behavior. Ridiculous from a fast food chain

  IM TALKING ABOUT THE TACO BELL ON LONDON AVE!!! My my my, I have lots to say about this Taco Bell. The workers are sometimes nice but sometimes very mean. Tonight when I went, there was a young man who was very nice and helpful. But when I went for lunch the manager was very rude. When I went for breakfast the worker was pretty neutral I guess you could say. I always order 3 Doritos Locos Taco supreme without tomato and sour cream, large nacho fries, crunch wrap supreme without tomato and sour cream, festa potato bowl, a spicy potato soft taco and a grilled cheese burrito with a small baja blast and a small mt. dew. In the last week, I have gotten 100% of my order correct 11/21 times. I also spend on average, 34 minutes in line per visit. You might say “go to the other taco bell’s in duluth” but as someone who lives in the bushes behind the fox 21 station, I don’t want to. I really find it so heart crushing when I opened my bags to see missing items. I coughed up hard earned bills for that food to then not even receive it? Absolutely unacceptable. I go back every single time I don’t receive all my food and end up spending another 12 minutes on average waiting to speak to a manager since they only want us to use those robots instead of speaking like humans. I also often take advantage of the free sauces, so I order 12 milds and 12 hots so I can have 1 per hour of the day as a little snack but recently they’ve been only giving me about 3-4 of each. These are my favorite snacks so when I only receive enough to hold me over for 3 hours, this means I have to spend another 2 hours without a saucy snack between lunch and dinner. It’s just aggravating. Taco Bell, do better. Be faster and more accurate or I’ll be required to call corporate and report you guys, or worse, go to the McDonalds across the road. Do better.

  I used to love Taco Bell and the chicken quesadilla but every single time I go to this Taco Bell and ask for no sauce they put the sauce on. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s actually so sad that they are so lazy that they can’t just not put sauce on something.
