  Update- 5/14/2026..: still no response from company. This place is a joke. Ordered $75 worth of pizzas in march for a party. Upon delivery the guy insisted we didn’t pay. After arguing for 30 min we had to pay again to get the food. We had people waiting for the party and as the food sat outside the warming bag getting cold we handed him the cash after we had paid with our card online. Immediately called customer service who was going to check into it. Sent the west Duluth store the video of paying the food dudes guy, have called 3 times to have them refund our money and all we get is the run around. You should be ashamed keeping people’s money rightfully knowing and having the proof we paid!! Give us our money already!!! We even came to the store today for a refund and she said can’t issue a credit for more than $20, or we should contact food dudes? We didn’t hire food dudes.. you guys are the one who use them for delivery!!

  After not feeling well & getting a craving for a New Yorker-we haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in YEARS, I spent literally a half hour trying to use their website because it absolutely refused to allow me to pay with Paypal, Apple Pay or a credit card until I signed up for an account. And after all this BS, it somehow switched my pepperoni order to plain cheese. Oh joy, now I’m out $40 & didn’t even get what I wanted. :/ For god’s sake do better. Guess it’ll be another 10 years before we try again. If ever. :/

  I shouldn't have to drive to your store twice per order, but here I am. Once for a pickup, and another when I realize you got my order wrong. I wouldn't leave a review like this if it didn't consistently happen. This is the second order this week that was incorrect or outright forgot items. We ordered 2 double orders of breadsticks and recieved 1, we ordered a pizza with cup pepperonis, we recieved regular pepperonis with beef randomly scattered everywhere as well. I drove back to this location to get my second order of breadsticks, mind you a 10 minute drive I shouldn't have to make, and watched as coworkers sat on their phones and told me l'd need to wait longer for my order. After 10 more minutes of waiting I recieved my breadsticks, no apology, no consideration, just handed the box. I used to love this location, but as of late I debate if I should be ordering elsewhere. This is, in fact, my first restaurant review, I wish it was under better circumstances.

  I'm not the one to be a Karen about things but I had a order that cam to 26 and some change. Ok I handed to driver a 40 so my change was ruff 13 ok I asked where my change was he said he don't have it ok what makes you think imma give you a 13 dollar tip on 2 orders of chicken wings my dudes when you already took 6 dollar delivery fee. I went on and says you don't give change over 20 my dude it was 13. Just the way the driver looked at me like I should have the exact change. I'm a single mother I needed that 13 I'm not a monster I would have gave a tip but not 13. I see from now on I will have exact cash. And this isn't the one time I have problems with pizza hut foods great but the people are rude

  Thank you Pizza Hut for feeding our community.. my son came in there asking for any thing that’s left because we serve our lord Jesus Christ and our community and I look forward partnering with Pizza Hut.. I love to serve my community today we are headed down to to feed and pray for folks.. may that store be filled with blessings!
