    Paid $12 for a wrap (which in itself is an astronomical price for a tortilla and some fillings) and it had next to nothing in it. Almost no chicken at all. They are jacking their prices and making their food smaller. I used to love Jimmy Johns but now I will not be back.

    Jimmy John's is our go to when we get fed up with wrong orders and poor service. When we need to be reminded that customer service and quality can be affordable for a $6 sandwich business it raises questions of why can't others. Jimmy John's never disappoints. Thank you!
