  Very dirty everywhere very loud clashing music in the front vs the back the music in the back had several swears frequently . We had takeout. I want to reiterate every surface of this place was covered in some kind of dirt or grime or food, and nobody was making any visible effort to clean anything

  We placed our order an HOUR ahead for pickup, and somehow my kid still had to stand there waiting another 30 minutes when they arrived. Then we finally get the food home and every single order was wrong not “oops forgot a topping” wrong, completely butchered to the point we honestly think one bag was somebody else’s order entirely because nobody should be able to mess up an order that badly. To make it even better, the food was ice cold. Calling the store? Forget it. You get trapped in an automated system like they’re actively trying to avoid speaking to customers. When we finally reached a real person, they offered a single free spray after ruining nearly a $70 order. After arguing, we eventually got refunded for the food, but not the tip, and we still had to throw almost everything away. Since my daughter still wanted food, we ended up trying Uber Eats instead. Absolute disaster. We are now on the FIFTH driver who has canceled because they showed up and apparently couldn’t even get the order from the store without a ridiculous wait. So now they’re not only wasting customers’ time, they’re wasting drivers’ time, gas, and money too. This place is an absolute joke. Cold food, incompetent service, zero accountability, and a system designed so nobody has to actually deal with angry customers. If this is the level of operation they’re running, they might as well close the doors now. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  Very loud and rude staff were mean to customers and coworkers. The cooking surfaces and counters were filthy, all of the foods were cross contaminated. The place was ran with no structure and was reflected in the food. It was hands down the filthiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Go to Qdoba instead.

  Went here for dinner on Mother's day, left, and threw our food away due to cross contamination concerns. The restaurant was filthy and staff had food all over their aprons. The way they spoke to each other in front of guests was shocking. The tall guy with dark hair was swearing, yelling, and slamming things. Took us 30 minutes to get through a short line. Overall, very disappointing and appalling behavior from staff.

  The restaurant/bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Food, silverware and napkins all over floors, they were out of barbacoa, black beans, and veggies at crucial lunch hour! The appearance of the food was gross, mixed food. ALl seating area and tables were dirty as can be. The employees hate their jobs. One even apologized for having a "trying" day. Do better. Retrain your staff or get people who appreciate having a job. Im in the service industry as well. The health department would have a field day here. Very sad.
