  Music was too loud and couldn't hear they workers. The food was cold, especially the chicken. It was almost like it was refrigerated and not even warmed up. The lady checking us out could not speak English very well and had a very soft voice. I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. She also did not know how to count back correct change.i should also add that we waited in line for about 10 minutes. While we were ordering, they stopped making our food half way through and filled random bowls with rice and put them on the back table.

  I have been to many Chipotles in Minnesota; but this is by FAR the stingiest. Staff is so-so. Not really sure what happened but this franchisee needs to get it together. A scoop is legit a half scoop at this location. Paid for extra steak, got a 2nd half scoop. Diabolical. Either they're being trained to skimp this way, or the staff is so understaffed they skimp on scoops to keep up with the demand. Either way, go to Qdoba up here in Duluth located across from UMD campus. The staff there is phenomenal and food is consistent for the same price point.

  First of all, it’s Chipotle, you know what you’re getting, you know what it tastes like. But this is location is a disgrace to the food industry itself. Unimaginably bad service. Everytime I go in there’s a new problem. If you even get the chance to make it in to the restaurant (most of the time there’s a sign on the window saying “online orders only”), you will be met with AWFUL service, filthy tables, and overall an abhorrent experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy

  Literally made my entire day! Employees were wonderful, fast, exceptional service! I don’t know the girls name but African American, shorter, braids, glasses, working the veggies section - she was the most incredible worker of any chipotle I have ever been in. I’ve been to many chipotles, moved around the country and she is the best! I hope next time I see her, she will have gotten a raise. Extremely impressive and we are very grateful, we will be returning!

  This was the absolute worse experience at any Chipotle I have ever had. For one, the service was slow, but ok. The young man who seemed to be in charge was in a bad mood, as he attempted to serve the guest from pans of empty food. Scrapping the bottom of the canisters and offering up as portions whatever he could gather left there. The customer in front had I believe the pork meat and he had to ask for more rice and then meat. The original portion that the staff member gave him was what one might serve to a toddler. He then went back to scrapping the pan for nothing more than a tong full of meat. When I was served the same staff greeted me with a disgruntled face, and prepared my food also with no enthusiasm at all. I got to the end of the counter and requested the advertised cilantro lime sauce, only to be told we are out of it, I asked can zi have green sauce she told me we are out of that as well. If my credit card had not already been charged I would have said nevermind, and left. Once I got to the parking lot, Chick-fil-A was looking like I should have just got in line. The food had no flavor, the rice was sticky and plain, the chicken was extra dry, and the absence of any sauce made it a full dish in the trash after a few bites. This is unacceptable, given that cost of take out is at an all time high. The least we can get is quality food if we can not get quality service. There should never be empty serving dishes on an assembly line food service place. Especially when there are people visibly in the back cooking. Do better Duluth Chipotle.
