Stopped by last week and Gracie was so kind and sweet! She gave me extra MN 7 brew license plate stickers from their past sticker day and it was so unexpected. Definitely made my day. Thank you, Gracie!!

Finally it's fun to leave home a little early to get my morning coffee. The staff is beyond compare. The drinks are prepared correctly, quickly and are picture perfect every time. My only complaint is that I keep forgetting to ask the staffs names... my bad! Shout out to the two that I do know their names. Jenna is a delight! She's so sweet and fun to chat with when there's time and Ella is very sweet, and never forgets to tell me to have a good day! Thank you for bringing 7Brew to Duluth!

Ordered 5 shots of espresso, got maybe 1. When I asked for a drink to be remade, some rude little blonde girl told me rudely if I ordered 5 shots they wouldn’t have put less. Horrible experience, go to Starbucks if you want espresso.

I moved to Duluth from Alaska 2 years ago and a constant lament in our family is that we miss the coffee stands from home. What is here is not the same. 7 Brew is the closest weve had to home in a long long time - sappy as it is it actually brough a tear to my eye. Creature comforts hit the heart a certain type of way. The line was honestly quite fast for how many people were there. There was a small mistake with our order and the girls working quickly and politely corrected it. We will be back!! Thank you ❤️

We are "coffee drinkers" and coffee preferences are individualized. I don't like giving low ratings based on whether I liked the coffee or not. This is no different. I had a sugar-free "mocha" which had almost no chocolate flavor and a strong coffee taste (tasted like a dark roast to me). I "ordered" via the app at 9:28am on a Monday. Ran a quick errand and got in the drive-thru line at 9:43am. There were 6-7 cars in the drive-thru ahead of us. When we did get to the pick-up window, our drinks still were not ready. We got our drinks at 9:59am. To me, a 16 minute wait in line for drinks I ordered 15 minutes prior to arriving for a business that claims "Speed" as one of their main business model, they failed dramatically. Their national chain competitors offer online ordering and pickup within 10-15 minutes from placing the order. I've used other Apps before and had drinks within 5 minutes ready. At other places, I've ordered ahead and almost always have drinks ready and waiting for me to just grab and go. Personally I will never return to this location ever again. The coffee was not good enough to justify the terribly slow and inefficient logistical proceses they have in place for ordering. If you are in Duluth and want great coffee, friendly staff and quick services my recommendation would be to go one of the half-dozen locally owned and locally roasted coffee shops around town.
