  Went to this location on July 2nd at approximately 3 pm with my spouse. This Pizza Ranch needs much updating and someone with restaurant experience running it. Tables are also sticky. The ice cream machine was broken and coffee only has powder whitener. The server went to get someone, I assume the manager, who said they do not use cream or milk anymore. The black coffee was at least good. There is excessive salt in the soup and stuffing. You would need a knife to chop out the macaroni salad from the container at the salad bar. The regular salad, from a bag, was browning. The pizza was a 2 out of 10. On the positive, the chicken is very good and the washroom was clean. If you are looking for chicken, this is your place. We will not be returning. I'm not sure how this location is staying in business. We were one of 4 tables. If you plan on going, ask if their ice cream machine is working before you pay, if you are wanting ice cream.

  Very very dirty place! Floors and tables dirty everywhere. Food assortment is a huge difference from Fargo. Salad lettuce brown and slimy, pizza very limited and most all out. Ice cream machine out of order and pop machine has gunk everywhere caked on it. Used to be much much better than this.

  There cashier completed my order before I could have her add my rewards to the order. Because of that I was not able to apply my Buy One Get One for $8.99 so it ended up costing me $8 extra. That offer expires in 2 days so now I won’t get to use it at all. I even had to later manually add the order through the app in order to get credit for my purchase. The pizza was good. But the ice cream machine had an Out Of Order sign on it and they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookie dessert! Big disappointment! And the watermelon cucumber salad was different than at other locations. They had a little bit of watermelon and cucumbers mixed in with a bunch of spinach. Not the same!

  I was very disappointed with our recent visit to Pizza Ranch. The restaurant was extremely dirty, and there were very few clean tables available. Most tables were missing napkins, salt, and pepper shakers, and the pepper shaker at our table was empty. I had to take one from another table just to use it. There were no straws available, and the ice cream cone station was empty. The light for the cactus bread was turned off, leaving it cold and unappetizing. Throughout our meal, our table became piled with dirty plates that were never picked up by staff. The floors were filthy, with crumbs and debris everywhere, and the carpets felt hard from the amount of dirt and buildup. None of the tables appeared to be wiped down regularly. The food on the buffet was consistently running low and was rarely refilled unless customers specifically asked for it. I remember Pizza Ranch being a clean, welcoming restaurant with fresh food and attentive service. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had this time. The overall cleanliness, food availability, and lack of attention from staff made this visit very disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

  The staff were very helpful and courteous. A bus guy picked keys off the floor and gave them to a person at our table. What a kind worker. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.. . Must have been busy. The salad bar was very empty. No forks available until after I sat down and other guests came to the table with forks.. By the time I was done eating the salad bar wasn’t restocked and several tables not cleaned off. Usually everything is well stocked and tables continuously cleaned. Today must have been the exception. I would recommend eating at Dilworth MN Pizza Ranch. Lots of choices. Also I ordered a pizza and was first to have a slice when it was ready.
