- DRdayton romans2 days ago1.0my food said it was out of the oven an hour ago and the deilivery had taken over 40 min so i finally went and checked and my food has been sitting outside for who knows how long, they didn’t update the app, text, or knock to let me know it was here and it’s now stale and cold.

The ONLY edible thing we got was the lava cakes.. the salads were expired and the lettuce was brown and mushy. The tots were burnt. the pasta tasted almost mildewy, and you couldn’t even chew the wings because they were actually rubber and looked as if they had been sitting out all day and recooked. Not only all of that but our delivery kept getting pushed back and took an hour and half and we live in town. They also forgot our wings and my fiancé had to drive up to get them and was told “if we wanted them” because they only had one employee in store and one driver. I called and spoke to Kiera the MOD (she was super nice and apologetic) she said her GM is on vacation but they will reach out in 4 days with a refund. Will update after issue is resolved.
