- TATami AltrichterAug 18, 20261.0Stood for maybe 5 minutes. No help. Finally ordered and wanted to wash my hands b4 getting my drink, the restroom was absolutely disgusting! Toilets hadn't been cleaned in FOREVER! The lid was up and it was full of $hit and hair and dirt. Dirty floors. There was no soap. I had followed what I assumed was a homeless person in the place and he walked straight to other bathroom. Still busy when I found out there was no soap. So I went and told front people. She said she doubted they had any, but the hallway was full of boxes stacked 4 or 5 high so I guessing they were there awhile too. She did end up finding some - put it in and spent this whole time in there and my drink was no where done. They were to busy just dealing with drive-in people I guess because there were 3 there working.... I truly have never seen a more disgusting Caribou or waited so long to be served when no-one was in line in front of me.

Constantly out of almost everything you ask for I could ask for 3 different things in a row , and they'll say they're out of whatever they need to make it. Happens all the time , unfortunately , gonna be going to alternative coffee shop instead. Complete lack of preparation for the amount of customers they have is wild to me.
